Being the daughter of a self-made lumberyard owner, Jean Dobbin grew up around entreprenuership and the notion that small business owners service their customers with care and personal attention to detail.
Jean started Dobbin Management in 1995. She was, by then, already a figure in property management, having been the Director of the Connecticut Chapter of the CAI (Community Asssociates Institute) Executive Board of Directors, and chair of CAI’s Municipal Services Committee and Manager’s Counsel.
